Chicken Tenders and Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko (for extra crunch)
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Cut the chicken into small nugget-sized pieces or strips for tenders.
  2. Set Up Breading Stations:

    • In one bowl, mix flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
    • In a second bowl, whisk the eggs.
    • Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  3. Bread the Chicken:

    • Dip each chicken piece first into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Press gently to make sure the crumbs stick.
  1. Heat the Oil:

    • In a large pan, pour enough oil to submerge half the chicken pieces. Heat oil to about 175°C (350°F) over medium heat.
  2. Fry the Chicken:

    • Add chicken pieces carefully into the hot oil, a few at a time, without crowding the pan. Fry for about 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Drain and Serve:

    • Remove cooked chicken pieces from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, honey mustard, or ranch!

Enjoy these crispy, homemade chicken tenders and nuggets!
