Peace

This three-letter word may seem very short, but its meaning is perhaps not contained in many oceans. This seemingly common word is so important in terms of its meaning that the survival of societies depends on this one word. Peace is not just the absence of war or the silence of weapons, but a state in which a person experiences peace, contentment, and mental vitality at the individual and collective levels.
There are different forms of peace, such as when an individual's mental state is calm and he is not in any kind of chaos, then he is in a state of peace. Individual peace is a reflection of social peace. Similarly, whether it is a family or a community, the peaceful existence of relationships in their respective places is a sign of a happy life. Going beyond these, the word peace is also very important politically and thanks to it, the development and prosperity of the nation is possible. Social or community peace is also necessary for peace of mind and above all, the broadest form of peace is global peace, without which the overall survival of mankind is probably inevitable. It is as if the existence of any form of peace is the proof of life and thanks to it, not only individual but also collective stability is possible. All forms of peace are interconnected. If there is no peace at the individual and family level, the dream of social and global peace can never be fulfilled.
If we look at today's situation, peace seems rare and rare in all these cases. The life of an individual also seems to be devoid of this word. Man is not emotionally peaceful. Emotional excitement has created instability and anxiety in his life. Today's man is prone to anxiety, anger and negative thoughts, therefore he suffers from diseases like mental stress and depression.
Due to this insecurity, domestic disputes are increasing and if it is said that due to lack of mental peace, incidents of murder and suicide are increasing in the society, it would not be wrong. If individual peace is established, then both the family and then the society will become the cradle of peace. Due to the peace of individuals, qualities like tolerance, endurance, selflessness and sacrifice will be developed in people.
A peaceful family is the strong unit from which a civilized, moral and developed nation comes into being. In today's fast-paced, materialistic and selfish society, family peace has faced serious threats. Problems like disagreements between parents, lack of time, negligence in training, excessive use of mobile phones and social media, and neglect of elders are adversely affecting family peace.
The solution to all these problems lies in this one word: peace. Peace is such a valuable essence that strengthens the foundation of any society. Only a peaceful society can move on the path of development, prosperity, and justice. When there is tolerance, tolerance, and respect for each other's rights among individuals, harmony is created in social relations. Without peace, society becomes subject to unrest, fear, and chaos, which not only affects the lives of individuals but also stops national development.
World peace is a dream that humanity wants to make a reality. When the mental anxiety and intellectual anxiety of an individual goes beyond the boundaries of family and society, it spreads unrest on a global level. Today, the world is touching the skies of scientific progress, but the mental chaos of man has brought the world to the brink of the third world war. Elements like war, hatred, extremism, prejudice and terrorism have become a threat to humanity.
Every country uses force for its own interests, due to which the global balance is deteriorating. In such an environment, the need and importance of world peace has become more felt than ever before. It is the duty of the nations of the world to strive for world peace for the welfare of humanity, transcending personal interests.
The absence of peace not only causes loss of lives, but also breeds evils like hatred, extremism, terrorism, moral degradation and exploitation. Today, the recent inhumane treatment in Palestine at the global level is proof that the survival of generations depends on the establishment of peace. Israeli aggression is actually an example of individual and then collective mental unrest. Just as the intellectual chaos of an individual leads to collective deterioration, similarly the improvement of an individual also becomes a precursor to collective correctness.
