Crispy Fried Bhindi l Cooking l Cooking Recipe

This is a crunchy snack or side dish, perfect for those who love something crispy.

Ingredients:

  • 250g Bhindi (okra)
  • 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the Bhindi. Cut off the ends and slice it lengthwise into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, mix gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and salt.
  3. Toss the Bhindi in this flour mixture until they are evenly coated.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the Bhindi in batches until golden and crispy.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with a dip or as a side dish.
