Aloo Paratha (Stuffed Potato Flatbread)

  • Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, boiled potatoes, green chilies, ginger, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and ghee or oil.
  • Method:
    1. Make a dough using flour, water, and a pinch of salt.
    1. Prepare a spiced potato filling with mashed boiled potatoes, spices, and herbs.
    1. Roll out the dough, stuff with the filling, and seal.
    1. Roll it out again and cook on a hot griddle with ghee/oil until golden brown.
