Aloo Jeera (Cumin Potatoes)

  • Ingredients: Potatoes, cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and fresh coriander leaves.

  • Method:
    1. Boil and cube the potatoes.
    1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
    1. Add chopped green chilies and ginger, followed by turmeric, coriander, and red chili powder.
    1. Toss in the boiled potatoes, add salt, and cook for a few minutes.
    • Garnish with fresh coriander.
