Aloo Jeera (Cumin Potatoes)
- Boil and cube the potatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
- Add chopped green chilies and ginger, followed by turmeric, coriander, and red chili powder.
- Toss in the boiled potatoes, add salt, and cook for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
