Deputy Commissioner Ahmed Usman Javed Directs Stern Action Against Law Violators; All Departments Told to Work with Dedication
Okara (GN Ghalib News, Bureau Chief Javed Rahi) —
A high-level review meeting of the District Coordination Committee regarding the implementation of the National Action Plan was held in Okara under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Ahmed Usman Javed. The session brought together senior officials including DPO Rashid Hidayat, military representatives, and officers from both federal and provincial departments.
During the meeting, comprehensive briefings were presented by all relevant departments. These briefings covered the ongoing operations and future plans concerning various public interest areas such as:

Crackdown on illegal petrol pumps and unauthorized LPG outlets

Efforts to combat human trafficking

Measures against electricity theft

Action on non-customs paid vehicles

Enforcement of traffic laws on transporters

Registration and monitoring of madrassas

Deputy Commissioner Ahmed Usman Javed emphasized the importance of these initiatives and directed all departments to perform their duties with utmost dedication and responsibility. He said, "Every action must be taken keeping in mind the convenience and safety of the public. Departments must fulfill the tasks assigned by the Punjab government with complete sincerity."
He further ordered that law violators be dealt with firmly and without exception. "All measures under the National Action Plan must be strictly implemented. There is no room for negligence. The violators of the law will be handled with an iron hand," he stated.
The meeting concluded with a unified commitment by all present officials to work together to ensure the peace, safety, and well-being of the citizens of Okara.
